Since 1842, Davis Funeral Home has been a staple in the Nashua community. We are proud to be an independently owned funeral home. Robert McIntosh

Owner & Licensed Funeral Director

Bob joined the Davis Funeral Home in 2007 and has been working as a funeral director and embalmer for over 35 years. A native of Nashua, Bob graduated from Bishop Guertin High School in 1986. He then attended Rivier College and completed his funeral director apprenticeship at a local Nashua funeral home. He then attended the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Science where he studied funeral service and embalming and earned his Associates Degree in 1990. He has worked in the Nashua area as a funeral director and as a diener, conducting autopsies with Nashua Pathology for thirty years. 


Immediately after 9/11 Bob felt an incredible desire to volunteer at the New York Medical Examiner’s office and assisted in issuing permits and helped to procure and catalogue DNA samples from families for victim confirmation. 


While in high school Bob was a running back for Bishop Guertin’s football team. After earning his Associates Degree in Mortuary Science he worked at Bishop Guertin as their head freshman and assistant varsity football coach for 12 years while working locally as a funeral director. He has spoken at Bishop Guertin on a number of occasions about funeral service as a career. In his free time, Bob enjoys spending time at the lake with his son, Logan along with family and friends. He also enjoys football, kayaking and biking. He is a Member of the National Funeral Directors Association, NFDA, and the New Hampshire Funeral Directors Association, NHFDA. He was also recently inducted into the Nashua Rotary Club.

Logan McIntosh

Licensed Funeral Director

Born and raised in Nashua, Logan was a 2018 graduate of Nashua High School South.  He attended UNH and studied engineering and then decided to pursue a career in funeral service. Logan began serving his funeral director and embalmer apprenticeship at the Davis Funeral Home in 2019. He then enrolled in a Mortuary Science program at the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary science in 2021 and graduated in 2023. Logan became licensed in January of 2024 after passing both the National Conference Exam and NH State Rules and Regulations Exam. Logan is an avid soccer player and received the coach’s award his junior year of high school. In addition to soccer, Logan enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family, as well as taking care of his Maine Coon, Koa.

Andrea Travers

Licensed Funeral Director

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Andrea joined the Davis Funeral Home in September 2019. She is a 2019 graduate of FINE Mortuary College in Norwood, MA. She graduated top three of her class with a 3.8 GPA. She completed her funeral director and embalmer apprenticeship and passed the National Conference Exams to become officially licensed in December 2021. When she is not working, she enjoys stand-up comedy, learning new recipes, and spending time with her 3 daughters.

Jodie M. (Barnes) Reynolds

Office Manager

Jodie was raised in Nashua and is a 1998 graduate of Nashua Senior High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Rivier College in 2002 and has worked for the Davis Funeral Home since 2002. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets including her dog, Harley Quinn. At one time, she played softball for her junior high school, city, and traveling tournament league. She also was an assistant coach to her father, Gregory Barnes, for the junior city girls’ softball league. She currently resides in Hudson with her two children, Owen and Eva.


Sharon Miller

Office Assistant

Sharon joined the Davis Funeral Home in July 2019. Born in Lowell, Sharon grew up in Dunstable, Massachusetts. She moved to Nashua in 1987. After working many years in the healthcare industry Sharon joined the Davis Funeral Home. She enjoys the beach, natural light photography and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
